We strive to ensure that every product reaches you in pristine condition. Because our items are delicate fashion and anti-tarnish accessories, we have a specific policy for returns and exchanges:

  • Returns or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging (including pouches or boxes).

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are deeply sorry and will make it right immediately!

  • Unboxing Video Requirement: To process claims for transit damage or missing items, a clear, uncut unboxing video starting from the sealed package is mandatory.
  • Please report any damage or defects to us within 24 hours of delivery via our official Instagram page or customer support channels.

3. Exchanges

We facilitate exchanges for items that arrive damaged or defective. If your preferred exchange item is out of stock, we will issue a store credit or process a refund as per your preference.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Products that have been worn, used, or altered.
  • Items purchased during final clearance sales or special promotional events (unless received damaged).

5. Refund Process

Once your return/damage claim is inspected and approved:

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed back to your original payment method or bank account within 5–7 business days.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our support team will contact you for your bank details or UPI ID to process the refund securely.
